It operates at a frequency of 3Hz (21,600 vibrations per hour) and provides a generous power reserve of 72 hours power from a single barrel. It is distinguished by its flying tourbillon mechanism at 1.30 oclock: an unusual position that stands out as unique in the watchmaking panorama due to the difficulties of avoiding the time-setting module and a distinctive and recognised feature of the Maison.As with all Speake Marin calibres, the rhodium-plated tungsten micro-rotor is integrated into the movement, thus helping to reduce its thickness and allowing the case to be of limited height.The case back is closed with eight screws and features a transparent porthole that showcases the refined elegance of the black rhodium-plated bridges with bevelled profiles and 1.5 mm Ctes de Genve stripes. These surround a central bridge with a black PVD coating, which emphasises the fascinating motion of the movements gears. A further highlight is a second topping tool, which is positioned on the barrel visible at the rear.Since the collection was first launched in 2020, many interpretations have resulted in unique works of art.
